The two main components of your braces are the brackets that are placed on your teeth and the archwire that connects all the brackets.
This archwire is bent to reflect the way we want your teeth to look after treatment. As this wire tries to return to its original shape, it applies pressure to move your teeth.

Self-Ligating Braces

Clear Braces

Clear Aligners
Unlike traditional braces, clear aligners (like Invisalign) don't use brackets and wires to straighten your teeth.
The Invisalign system and our customized clear aligners are made up of a series of clear trays that are removable and nearly invisible.
Their soft plastic also means no friction or abrasions inside your mouth, so they’re more comfortable to wear.
