The Fine Print:

Entries will be accepted November 6, 2025, 12:00 PM-November 28, 2025, 11:59 PM
The winners will be picked by a team of judges and contacted and announced on Giving Tuesday, December 2, 2025
Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the original nominee
The winner must start their braces by November 28, 2026.
In case the nominee is deemed ineligible to receive braces, a new winner will be picked with no consolation prize awarded
Prize awarded is for 1 round of traditional metal bracket braces only and cannot be substituted or have the value applied to other services
